The customer has 14 days to return an item if they aren’t happy it. If you aren’t happy with your purchase you pay the return fee.

If you receive an item which is damaged or wrong then RopeServices UK will cover the return fee.

We regret that we are unable to accept the return for refund of ropes or ropes product custom made to your specification, unless they are faulty this does not affect your statutory rights.
